StreamJsonRpc 2.25.29 brings MessagePack 2.5.302, which now has a moderate advisory (GHSA-qhrr-8q5h-9q3h). NuGet audit turns it into error NU1902, so every build fails at restore, for example on #8441. StreamJsonRpc 2.26.150 depends on MessagePack 2.5.307, which is patched.

Checked locally: restore with the audit on, build, all .NET tests and dotnet format.
