fix(agent): Claude Code notifies before background agents finish - #34

A background subagent or workflow reports back to Claude Code by starting another main turn. Every turn that ends while that work is still running sends a turn notification, so users get a notification with no result to read. Skip the Claude Code turn notification while such a task is in flight, and keep notifying alongside tasks that may never finish, such as shell commands, monitors, idle teammates, and cloud sessions. repository: - Explain why a Claude Code turn can end without a notification. - Record the fix in the changelog. agent: - Skip turn notifications while a background agent task runs.
