Summary:

• Project each completed segment into Timeline before the whole plan is settled
• Keep plan completion and XP settlement until every segment is complete
• Skip execution-time confirmation for scheduled plans and segments
• Preserve execution-time confirmation for time-unconfigured plans
• Remove a segment from Timeline immediately when it is undone

Root cause:

• Timeline previously projected only completion facts, while partial segment progress existed only on plan time segments
