[docs] Build homepage for data.modm.dev and mirror to data.modm.io - #19

The homepage is now built for data.modm.dev and deployed to modm-ext/data.modm.dev. The same build is copied to modm-ext/data.modm.io with its own CNAME, so both domains are served during a test phase. Remove the data.modm.io steps once it redirects to data.modm.dev.

Builds the homepage for
data.modm.dev(site_url,CNAME,site_dir) and deploys it tomodm-ext/data.modm.dev. The same build is copied tomodm-ext/data.modm.iowith its ownCNAME, so both domains are served during a test phase.Once
data.modm.ioredirects todata.modm.dev, delete the two steps marked TODO indeploy-docs.yml.Requires the
SSH_KEY_DATA_MODM_DEVsecret (deploy key with write access tomodm-ext/data.modm.dev), which is already set up.
