Pull nc's C dependencies from debian's pool - #29

The GitHub runner got HTTP 418 from libbsd.freedesktop.org, so the first nc build failed there while passing locally. Debian's pool serves the same libbsd and libmd tarballs, and this build already fetches netcat from it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
