Monitor gecko-t-osx-2700-m4 and other unmonitored hardware pools - #165

… pools m4-130/131 moved to 2700-m4 and were alerting as missing from TC. Also adds gecko-1-b-osx-1500-staging and the two talos *-relops-aje pools, which have live workers Hangar wasn't fetching.

m4-130/131 are live in gecko-t-osx-2700-m4 but Hangar doesn't fetch that pool, so they show up under alerts as missing from TC. Also adds gecko-1-b-osx-1500-staging (r8-202) and the two talos *-relops-aje pools (ms-001, ms-173), which were the only other live releng-hardware pools not in HW_WORKER_POOLS.
