Why:
This adds a minimal example environment so the Microsoft Learn module “Explore actions flow” can be followed and tested locally or via GitHub Actions. It provides a simple Node.js project and a CI workflow to demonstrate push/PR triggers.

What:

• Adds package.json and index.js with a trivial test script.
• Adds .github/workflows/ci.yml that runs npm test on push and pull_request.
• Adds .gitignore and updates README with lab instructions.

Notes for reviewers:

• This is intentionally minimal and safe to run. No secrets or external services are included. Suggest reviewing trigger branches and node version if you need a different matrix or runtime.
