fix: Xbox controllers never ask to be configured; remove Git status from the UI

Closes #284.

• A reported case: an Xbox controller kept triggering "Controle sem perfil… segure qualquer botão" and the mapping wizard. Raw joysticks that look like Xbox (Microsoft vendor id, or "xbox"/"xinput" in the name) are now ignored by the no-profile flow. Generic joysticks still get the wizard; the wizard, profiles, Teste de controles and mappings are untouched. Could not reproduce with the reporter's hardware: the notice names the device, so if it persists the device name/VID:PID is what we need.
• The Git status section (Configurações row, its notice, header branch and row marks) is out of the UI: the row is removed and the reader is no longer wired in MainWindow. The engine code stays (its test now toggles it directly).
• Tests and docs updated (README, GUIDE, ui-redesign, TESTING).
