Closes #285. Closes #288. Refs #227.

  • New modal size class Landscape (1080 logical px, capped by the window). Configurações lays its groups in two columns side by side when the panel is ≥900 logical px wide (1280×720 and up), split between groups by estimated height (MenuModal.ColumnSplit); narrower windows keep one column. Reading-order navigation is unchanged (Down at the end of column 1 continues at the top of column 2), so every setting stays reachable; tile grids, focus styling, the fixed description area and the retained-in-place updates are untouched.
  • L1/R1 jump between groups in Configurações (wrap around).
  • Menu: Configurações is now the first tile (initial focus), so Menu + Confirm opens it.
  • No setting was removed or changed. Tests: size class, first tile + focus, column split between groups, L1/R1 jumps. Docs/CHANGELOG (both)/ui-redesign updated.

UI-only: screens run attached to the PR thread after CI.
