How have you implemented the solution?

• Add fixture-based tests for tagged and tooltip alt-text insertion, including existing text, unmatched labels, renaming, and missing-file errors.
• Cover LaTeX tagging, table-header insertion, documents without tables, and split-table export.

I added focused tests for add_child() and format_quarto() in commit 687e041, covering labeled child chunks, pagebreak/table handling, PDF/HTML formatting, and unsupported-format errors. I couldn't execute the R tests locally because R/Rscript isn't installed.
