Updates the bundled `@nominal-io/release-please` from 18.2.1 to 18.3.0 and rebuilds `dist/`. The action runs `dist/index.js`, so release-please's version doesn't change until `dist/` is rebuilt. Supersedes #6 (18.2.2). Because `nominal-io/git-automations`' release-please wrapper pins this action at `@main`, merging ships everything in the fork since 18.2.1 to every repo that uses the wrapper: - nominal-io/release-please#17: sync with upstream release-please - nominal-io/release-please#18: fail when release data lacks a candidate - nominal-io/release-please#21: scope the untagged-merged guard to affected release branches - nominal-io/release-please#13: `bazel-deps-query` config - nominal-io/release-please#24: handle large Bazel query output `bazel-deps-query` only runs for configs that set it. Bazel dependency queries can exceed Node's default 1 MiB output buffer and abort release generation. Raise the limit to 64 MiB and filter external labels in Bazel before returning output to Node.
Recreates #22 against
mainafter its original base, #13, merged. Preserves the newer regression tests and makes the large-output test portable across platforms.Validation: compilation, lint, 172 targeted tests, and both real Bazel workspace integration tests pass.
