Add the tour video to the README

What changed

The README now shows a still image from the 15-second tour video, right under the badges. Clicking the image, or the "watch the 15-second tour" link under it, opens the tour on the website, where the video plays.

Why

The video was only on the website. Most people see the README first, so this makes the video easy to find.

GitHub does not play a video that is stored as a file in the repo. It only plays videos uploaded through the GitHub website. So the README links to the website instead.

How I checked it

• The image file and the video are both live on the website.
• The link goes to the tour section of the homepage.
