Engineer based in Algiers. I build production software end to end: application code, infrastructure, databases, observability and the deploy pipeline, and I run it in production myself.
Part of the team behind DZBuild, an e-commerce platform for North-African merchants: multi-region, multilingual (Arabic/French, RTL-first), custom-domain SaaS serving live stores every day.
Build an ecosystem of systems that change everyday life in Algeria by solving real problems and making daily life easier.
But there's a problem with how we're doing it. We're living in the AI era, and I see it in myself and in many of my friends: AI doesn't just make things easier, it does our thinking for us. Little by little, the brain stops working. Convenience is turning into dependence.
I want to build the opposite: systems as easy to use as AI, but designed to keep people thinking, learning and in control. Technology that serves the mind instead of replacing it, so we stay sharp and awake.

- End-to-end ownership. Code, server, database, deploy, monitoring, on-call. If it breaks at 3 AM, it's mine.
- Production first. Multi-region deploys, zero-downtime releases, Galera-safe migrations, incident triage under load.
- RTL and multilingual by default. Software built for Arabic and French speakers, not translated as an afterthought.
