systemd-stub draws the .splash section of the UKI between the firmware handoff and the kernel. Before this change, the firmware logo stayed on screen until Plymouth started. The default logo ships as a BMP in the Plymouth theme. `omarchy-plymouth-set` now builds the EFI splash from the plymouth theme logo. Thus the branding also reaches the EFI stage.
