Collector: remove fallback when nodejs instrumentation semconv upgraded

Added a fallback for the nodejs aws-lambda instrumentation that still uses older semconv attribute instead of the latest invocation.id. As soon as the aws lambda instrumentation for nodejs has been updated to use a more recent semconv version, we can remove this fallback. See: bf12e41 - #2285
