Several _instruction texts in the core schemas contain typos and grammatical errors.

Two of them also describe the wrong thing. SubjectGroupState.ageCategory refers to "the subject" rather than "the subject group". SoftwareVersion.dependency has the instruction of the former device property, which was mixed in while a merge conflict was being resolved in 4d565b7 and reached v6 with #561; this PR restores the earlier text.

Only _instruction strings are changed.

Two instructions described the wrong thing: SubjectGroupState.ageCategory referred to "the subject" rather than "the subject group", and SoftwareVersion.dependency had picked up the instruction of the former "device" property ("Add all operating devices compatible with this software version.") during merge 4d565b7; it is restored to "Add all dependencies of this software version."
