npm run start启动后报错

npm版本：8.19.4
安装依赖使用的是淘宝源：https://registry.npmmirror.com/

1. 在项目根目录下执行 npm install【成功】
2. 在项目根目录下执行 npm run compile【成功】
3. 在项目根目录下执行 npm run start【失败】
