docs(roadmap): drop commercial wording - #176

The public roadmap described CloudRING as the owner's company with a paid tier and revenue sharing, while cloudring.org/about says the project does not sell anything and does not ask for or accept money. This removes the company aim from the purpose, the P7 "The company" dimension (P8 becomes P7, and the Era IV exit now names P1–P7) and the monetization bullet. The Stewardship section keeps the IP and team items.
