  • Remove note on the capstone project that was included in the README
  • Drop dollar signs from visit_id descriptions to fix rendering
  • Remove filler text around the authors sidebar -- unnecessary

The data owner asked what the "Relation to the original analysis"
note meant. The capstone code mapped the transport and storage bottle
questions to each other's variables, so its storage/transport results
are reversed relative to this package. The note is dropped from the
README and the rebuilt website; the processing script is unchanged.

The dictionary descriptions of visit_id referred to columns as
samples$visit_id, borehole_visits$visit_id and household_visits$visit_id.
On the pkgdown site MathJax treats text between two dollar signs as a
formula, so the samples overview table showed the description as
garbled italic maths. The descriptions now say "the visit_id column
of ..." instead. Updated in the processing script, dictionary.csv,
roxygen docs, man pages, README, schema.org metadata and the site.

The pkgdown authors sidebar was framed by "So who does the work?" and
"Thanks all!", left over from the website template. Both lines are
dropped from _pkgdown.yml and the site rebuilt.
