fix(server): mop upload handles the same name (e.g. father and son) without overwriting

@martintethal faced an issue when using MOP upload during Interkompas. The competitors with the same name (e.g. father and son in most cases) were overwritten, e.g. H55 and H21B.

• I am not sure if it works when you pause the MOP service and start again
• MeOS also enables setting NameMode and OFeed should be ready for both options and assign the values correctly
