Recurring payments missed

Describe the bug
I created a recurring payment in a group of 2. It was created on Jul 9th and set to repeat every 3rd of the month. It never triggered for Aug.

Expected behavior
Trigger the payment entry correctly.

Please do not open issues I cannot reproduce in any way what so ever. Provide me with what your recurring tab show (Activity page > Recurrence button), server logs, database logs, contents of the cron tables inside of postgres etc.
