…ner never read the mounted register The repo-relative math (three parents up) is correct in a checkout but resolves to / in the container (package at /app/corvus, register COPY'd to /app/decision-register.yaml): the deployed engine served every answer unquantized with the register mounted and unread — through the stub AND the real register. The ladder: CORVUS_REGISTER_PATH env → /app/ (the Dockerfile layout) → three-up (the checkout layout). Verified: 19 sites load in the checkout layout, the env override wins, 108 pass.

The repo-relative path math (three parents up) resolves to / inside the container: the Dockerfile puts the package at /app/corvus and the register at /app/decision-register.yaml, so the engine's
_REGISTERstayed empty in every deployed pod — every answer served unquantized, through both the stub register and the real one (PR tmt-homelab/homelab-k3s#10882 mounted the real register and sites loaded: 0).The ladder:
