Move to libghostty-spm 2.2.2026103001 and write the 1.6.23 note - #42

2.2.2026103001 no longer turns font-thicken on in the package's default config, so the Mac draws text at Ghostty's own weight without the app saying so; the overlay line #40 added for it goes.
