- workflow secret·CI ownership·release provenance·README 카탈로그 검사와 그 self-test, fast-gate mutation fixture, 저장소 사본 구조 예산 검사(go_responsibility·policy.json)를 제거합니다. - 파일 줄 수 800 상한은 revive file-length-limit으로 golangci에 옮깁니다. - python-runner.sh를 --print-interpreter와 -- 실행만 남긴 최소 선택기로 줄입니다. - 공개 API와 실행 동작은 변경하지 않습니다.
- README CI 정책에서 삭제된 workflow secret 경계 검사를 빼고 실제 ci.yml 단계로 고칩니다. - 파일 줄 수·함수 길이는 revive file-length-limit·funlen이 이 저장소 CI에서, 구조 예산(funcs_per_file·methods_per_type·struct_fields·_partN)과 workflow 보안 불변식은 iris-stack 메타 pre-push stack gate(tools/structure/check_repo_budgets.py, tools/checks/check-workflow-policy.py)가 소유함을 명시합니다. - 미출시 CHANGELOG에 CI 슬림화를 기록합니다. 수용한 항목: README 패키지 카탈로그 계약 검사 삭제(nit)는 그대로 둡니다. 문서 전용 계약이며 런타임·소비자 빌드에 영향이 없고, 슬림화 방향(자체 문서 grep 검사 제거)과 일치합니다.
메타 tools/lint/golangci.template.yml 재렌더링 결과입니다. 주석 한 줄만 바뀌며 lint 규칙은 같습니다.

CI 자체 검사·self-test 제거(런타임 변경 없음, 태그 불필요). 파일 줄 수는 revive file-length-limit, 구조 예산·workflow 보안 불변식은 iris-stack 메타 pre-push stack gate 소유로 README/CHANGELOG에 명시.
