PDQ Connect: Add WizTree - User Profiles scanner

Marked No for PDQ Connect in the scanner README.

Goal:

• Create a Connect-specific Connect-WizTree - User Profiles.ps1 script if the scanner can be made to work in PDQ Connect.
• If that is not possible, test the scanner in PDQ Connect, document the limitation, and close this issue with the result.

Not feasible for PDQ Connect — same reason as #131.

Both WizTree scanners require the WizTree binary to be pre-installed and use .\WizTree Functions.ps1 via a relative path that doesn't work in Connect's execution context.

Recommendation: Close as Won't Fix for Connect.
