Add a GitHub Actions matrix to build and load the extension on Ubuntu and macOS across PHP 8.4/8.5 in both NTS and ZTS modes, installing EGL/GLES/Wayland headers on Linux. Also add a CI status badge to the README. Co-authored-by: Angel Gonzalez <usftechacg@gmail.com>

Add GitHub Actions CI on the 0.10.x line, matching the sibling php-io-extensions repos (qt, fb, gtk, posi, sdl3, ftdi, glfw, epoll, pcurl, box2d).

.github/workflows/ci.yml— build and load the extension across the supported matrix.README.md— CI status badge only. No other README edits.No source, build, or test files are touched. Pest is not run: the suite needs a CGL or surfaceless-EGL context, the same headless constraint glfw and sdl3 handle by building and loading only.
Matrix
Same shape as the Linux+macOS siblings:
