DSA Mastery is a static, mobile-first application intended for recent Android and iOS phones. It shows one view at a time and defaults to the Python editor; the hamburger menu switches between the syntax reference, editor, and active recall tutor.
Python executes locally through Pyodide in a Web Worker. Curriculum order, grading rubrics, mastery, and progress are deterministic and stored only in the browser. No Copilot subscription, API key, or server is required.
Optional WebLLM support can rephrase hints on devices with WebGPU:
- SmolLM2 360M is the recommended phone option.
- Llama 3.2 1B is an explicit high-memory device/tablet option.
Models are never downloaded automatically and never decide whether an answer is correct.
