Summary

• Include the fixed service-category query in the final Bazaar purchase-time recheck, alongside the existing endpoint and payment wallet filters.
• Preserve exact resource/method, service input schema, amount, network, token, payTo, and before/after certification checks. No local fallback or payment retry is added.
• Add regressions for all four market categories and legacy credit reports, stale endpoint-only metadata, substituted payment terms/schema, certification races, and unavailable/empty results.

Verification

• API lint and typecheck pass locally.
• 79 focused registry tests pass, including 29 new purchase-time recheck cases; isolated from credentials and external network.
• Earlier read-only CDP queries demonstrated current metadata via category+endpoint+payTo but stale metadata via endpoint+payTo alone. A later pre-deployment runtime check also passed with the old query; this fix keeps discovery and recheck query paths consistent rather than claiming the upstream discrepancy is permanent.
• API-only release planned after CI. No frontend, Seller schema, database migration, contract or new paid procurement changes.

The prior two approved indexing payments are already complete and will not be repeated.
