docs: align docs site and demo script with the 2:00 demo narration - #13

- Add the procurement flow diagram (需求 → 選供應商 → 付款 → 發票 → 對帳) to the docs site overview and reference it as the video opening slide - Overview: x402 covers payment only; new 五個階段 table maps each stage to what Mello adds - Purchase guide: add company/統編/policy setup, human review of the candidate list, and x402 execution sections - Records: EIP-3009 authorization scope, demo FX rate for the invoice TWD equivalent, three-way reconciliation written to audit events - Implementation scope: list settings page and attachments; exclude attachment parsing, live FX and in-workspace policy editing - Demo script: 2:00 timestamped narration with on-screen operations and a script-vs-implementation reconciliation - README: fix stale flow descriptions (no 開始探索 step, four market services) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
