Summary

• Keep one authenticated workspace shell across /app navigation; preserve main's new sidebar, company profile, combined records page, and vendors page.
• Replace ordinary reload controls with GET-only automatic refresh: 15 seconds for normal data, 60 seconds for health/balance, and faster polling for active tasks.
• Pause hidden/offline polling, deduplicate reads, back off on failures, abort on unmount, and stop all workspace polling after logout/401. Keep accepted-action revision guards and unsaved drafts.
• Rename Credit to 餘額 and remove the Mock suffix from Top up. The button still explicitly says no transaction was sent; unavailable balances remain unknown, not simulated funds.
• Include regression tests and historical deployment/verification notes. No seller/service renaming, API/Registry changes, schema changes, secrets, or live business writes.

Integration with latest main

Based on a25f469, retaining upstream 77afecb and a25f469. Resolved the overlapping records heading and company-profile/balance edits without reverting the new UI. The new vendors page also uses automatic refresh instead of its manual reload button.

Validation

• 20 Web unit tests; Web lint, typecheck, and production build.
• Isolated Python Playwright session/navigation and resource-refresh suites at 375/768/1280: new six-page navigation, sidebar collapse persistence, zero route-induced shared/session GETs, fresh reads on reentry/login, logout/401 cleanup, automatic recovery, draft preservation, and zero business writes.
• GitHub Application safety checks must pass before merge, including isolated mock backend integration tests and the monorepo build.

Deployment boundary

The earlier functional fixes were manually deployed and passed eight read-only live checks, as recorded in docs/SESSION_BALANCE_FIX.md. Those screenshots are historical evidence for the prior UI, not a claim that this latest-main integration is deployed.

Railway application services currently have no GitHub source repository configured, and this repository's workflow only runs CI. This PR does not trigger or perform a new deployment, faucet request, purchase, payment, or invoice operation.
