This directory contains public governance materials for PlaceAuth Foundation, Inc., the nonprofit steward of PlaceAuth and the Spatial Policy Protocol (SPP).
PlaceAuth Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in Florida on September 14, 2026 (Florida Document No. N26000012829).
The Foundation is organized for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. It has not yet received recognition from the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3).

The Foundation does not publish sensitive or internal corporate records merely because it publishes its governance framework. Examples include individual annual conflict disclosures, EIN documentation, banking records, signatures, internal organizational consents, and detailed schedules of pre-existing founder intellectual property.

PlaceAuth and SPP were created by Braden Glasgow (bglassy) and are stewarded by PlaceAuth Foundation, Inc.
The Foundation's public governance materials are provided for transparency. Repository copies should not be treated as a substitute for the Foundation's executed corporate record book.
