README.md missing required WordPress.org headers

Description

The readme file is missing three headers required for WordPress.org plugin submission, and has a name mismatch.

Errors (must fix)

• Missing "Tested up to" header — add Tested up to: 6.9 (or whichever WP version you've tested against)
• Missing license declaration — add License: GPLv2 or later and License URI: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html
• Missing or invalid "Stable Tag" — add Stable tag: 0.9.5 (must match the version in the main plugin file header)

Warnings

• Plugin name mismatch: README says "WP-Agentic-Admin" but the plugin header says "WP Agentic Admin". These must match exactly.
• Short description too long: Must be 150 characters or fewer.
• Trademarked term "WP": WordPress.org does not allow "wp" in plugin names or slugs. This would need to change before WordPress.org submission (e.g., "Agentic Admin" or "Agentic Admin for WordPress").

All items from this issue were already resolved in PR #206 (commit 6887484), which landed on May 12 — before this issue was opened.

• ✅ No trademarked "WP" in plugin name
