Integrations floor: knovia- → bridle-kb- (Knovia is now Bridle KB) #288

Knovia was renamed Bridle KB (owner decision 2026-09-28; plugpressco/knovia#4). Its abilities move from knovia/* to bridle-kb/*, and Saddle Pro's integration catalog follows (knovia → bridle-kb), so Pro's wrapped tools become saddle/bridle-kb-*. Nothing shipped under the old name, so this is a hard rename with no alias.

Core still names the old prefix:

• includes/admin/class-saddle-rest.php — integration_prefixes() keeps the literal floor 'knovia-' so Pro's wrappers land under "Integrations" on the Permissions screen. With Pro renamed, bridle-kb-* tools would fall into "Other".
• tests/integrations-test.php — test_the_prefix_list_picks_up_the_live_catalog asserts 'knovia-'.
• Docblock examples in includes/class-saddle-integration-engine.php, and inbees in the parked includes/class-saddle-ecosystem.php docblock (Inbees is now Bridle).

Acceptance

• The floor is 'bridle-kb-'; the test asserts it.
• git grep -niE 'knovia|inbees' is empty in Core.
• composer lint and composer test green.
