Saddle CRM left the Saddle family on 2026-10-08: it is Stirrup, PlugPress's standalone newsletter plugin (plugpressco/stirrup), which enrols as stirrup (abilities stirrup/*, tools saddle-stirrup-*).

  • FIRST_PARTY: drops crm (no released install enrols as it), adds stirrup. A test pins that crm is no longer first-party.
  • The services test's PlugPress example is Stirrup instead of CRM.
  • CLAUDE.md's family paragraph and a 1.5.2 changelog line.

The generic module tests keep their sample "CRM" module; it only exercises the module frame.

PHPUnit 1453 (1 skip), PHPCS 0.

Saddle CRM left the Saddle family on 2026-10-08 (Fahim: "saddle crm
remove"): it is Stirrup, PlugPress's standalone newsletter plugin, which
enrols as `stirrup` (stirrup/* abilities). FIRST_PARTY drops `crm` (no
released install enrols as it) and adds `stirrup`, so its tools work as
soon as it is active, like Bridle's. The services test's PlugPress example
is Stirrup; the guide's family paragraph follows. Changelog line in 1.5.2.

PHPUnit 1453 (1 skip); PHPCS 0.
