Add quick recording, folders, and Codex project integration

Summary

• Added menubar quick capture to create a timestamped note and immediately start recording in a selected Simbi folder.

• Added recording folders directly to the menubar, with the active folder indicated by a checkmark and one-click recording into any folder.

• Consolidated the menubar to a single Open Simbi action during active recordings.

• Made menubar window controls reliable:

  • Open Simbi addresses a stable, single SwiftUI main-window scene instead of relying on AppKit window ordering.
  • The menubar uses a toggleable panel so clicking its icon again closes it.

• Improved recording resilience during microphone/headphone disconnects:

  • Rebuilds the microphone engine when a replacement input becomes available.
  • Keeps the recording timeline and system audio running with timing silence while the microphone reconnects.
  • Automatically retries during transient audio-device handoffs.

• Added in-app folder creation and hover-only delete controls for folders and chats.

• Added persistent pin/unpin support for folders, notes, and files:

  • Pinned items remain at the top of their current parent.
  • Existing manual drag order is preserved.
  • Pin controls appear inline on hover.

• Added AI-generated note titles with date prefixes.

• Added Launch at Login support.

• Added working Settings entry points from both the menubar and the main-window sidebar footer.

• Consolidated recording options into the General settings tab and made the Settings window compact with a fixed height.

• Automatically refreshes converted context when files are added to an existing conversation.

• Groups Simbi Codex threads in a registered local Simbi project:

  • Migrates existing active and archived Simbi sessions without changing their conversations.
  • Assigns future worker threads at creation.
  • Reconciles sessions created by the embedded Codex terminal, whose CLI has no project-ID option.
  • Registers the project through Codex’s desktop folder-open flow so it appears in the live Projects UI.
  • Prefers the desktop-visible project when duplicate app-server records share the Simbi root.

• Updated the vendored anydoc release build for compatibility with the current Rust toolchain.

Verification

• Swift formatting passed.

• CodexKit regression tests passed, including project capability negotiation, project lookup and migration filtering, thread project assignment, and desktop project-catalog mapping.

• All 95 SimbiAudio tests passed, including coverage for:

  • Device-switch recovery
  • Transient reconnect retries
  • Recording timing during microphone reconnection

• Added SidebarOrder test coverage for pinning, unpinning, renaming, removal, and ordering.

• Full signed macOS Release build passed and was installed as Simbi 1.2.1 (20260920).

• Verified the installed main window is registered under the stable simbi-main scene ID.

• Verified Simbi Codex threads are assigned to the visible Simbi project, with no active Simbi threads left unassigned.

• Verified the installed app launches and its nested code signatures pass strict validation.

• Verified the duplicate Open Simbi menu path was removed.

• Verified active recordings remain uninterrupted during installation testing.
