Title-bar menu items that switch on and off (Snap, Orthographic, Boot Logo in Test Runs, the relay, the panels) show a check mark when on. A dot marks the picked option of a group: Hand/Move/Rotate/Scale, PS1 Look/Clean Look, and 1 Console/2 Linked Consoles/N Consoles under Players.

tests/menumarkcheck.py opens View, Build and Players, finds each mark by name (<menu>/<label>/check or /dot) and reads the accent colour inside it in the screenshot. Drawing every mark as a dot fails 3 of its checks.

Fixes #232

An on/off item that is on (Snap, Orthographic, Boot Logo in Test Runs,
the relay, panels) now shows a check mark. A dot is kept for the picked
option of a group: the tool, the look, and the console count.
menumarkcheck opens View, Build and Players and reads each mark by name
and in the screenshot.

The glyph for the selectable items in the menu bar is a dot, it should be a check mark.
