Ya tenemos configuradas las reglas de aprobación en GitHub. y en una organización especifica para aprobaciones
Agregar este CODEOWNERS deja a @yosef7 , como único aprobador de esas carpetass.

Cambio y motivo
Añade un formato común para reportar errores del sitio, solicitar cambios de contenido y proponer mejoras técnicas. El selector incluye el correo pyconpanama@gmail.com para consultas ajenas al sitio y conserva la opción de abrir issues en blanco.
La plantilla de PR pide página o edición afectada, issue, validador, tests, revisión de espacios y comprobación visual en móvil y escritorio. CONTRIBUTING.md reúne el flujo de trabajo y enlaza las instrucciones detalladas del README; el README enlaza la nueva guía.
CODEOWNERS asigna a @yosef7, confirmado por el mantenedor y con permisos verificados, las rutas /2026/, /netlify.toml, /scripts/ y /.github/.

Las plantillas y las solicitudes de revisión por CODEOWNERS se activan al integrar en main. CODEOWNERS no hace obligatoria por sí solo la aprobación de su responsable: las reglas actuales tienen esa opción desactivada. Este PR documenta la distinción y no modifica las reglas remotas. Si se decide exigirla, debe considerarse que el autor de un PR no puede aprobar su propio cambio y el único code owner propuesto es @yosef7.
Revisión conjunta de las PR pendientes: PR borrador #153 (NO FUSIONAR) muestra este cambio junto con los demás y documenta los conflictos resueltos y las pruebas. Esta PR individual conserva su aprobación y fusión propias.
