feat(dashboard): add consolidated qFoldIT project dashboard

Summary

• add a dedicated /dashboard/ project dashboard without changing the existing homepage
• consolidate the current organization inventory, scientific gameplay patterns, runtime adapters, STANDALONE surface, and delivery sequence
• distinguish measured workspace/runtime results from architectural intent

Validation basis

• qFoldIT organization inventory: 35 repositories in the current connected GitHub view
• workspace: 518 material files in the supplied archive
• engine adapter conformance: 3/3 vectors pass
• STANDALONE gameplay compiler: 5/5 patterns compile successfully
• STANDALONE Electron/JSON validation: pass

The dashboard intentionally keeps all code and documentation in English.
