Redesign DemoWeb "About" Page to Show Framework Commands #348

The About page in the DemoWeb module currently shows framework info and installation examples. Replace installation instructions with a practical list of available Quantum CLI commands so developers get quick access to useful functionality.

Goal
Display useful, accurate Quantum CLI commands (with correct names and argument examples) on the About page.

Tasks

• Update the about view in the DemoWeb module template.
• Keep framework name and version visible.
• Remove installation instructions.
• Add a formatted list (table or styled list) of useful Quantum CLI commands with short descriptions. Use the correct command names, for example:
  • php qt install:debugbar — Install/debug toolbar integration
  • php qt install:toolkit — Install developer toolkit
  • php qt app:key (was core:key) — Generate application key
  • php qt app:env (was core:env) — Generate .env file
  • php qt app:version (was core:version) — Show framework version
  • php qt list — Show all available commands
• Keep styling consistent with the demo theme and make the command list copyable (code blocks or copy buttons).
