What changed

• New Pipeline<TContext> and StageInterface<TContext>: one pipeline runs the stages in order and dispatches the BEFORE/AFTER events they declare, with the conts BootPipeline did.The context type is a PHPDoc template checked by PHPStan.
• Every stage implements StageInterface and states its context with @implements StageInterface<AppContext|WebContext|ConsoleContext>. The weband console stages takt)natively, withtheir context type in@param`; the boot stages are unchanged apart from the interface.
• WebAppAdapter and ConsoleAppAdapter build new Pipeline([...]) for both the boot and the runtime.
• Removed BootPipeline, WebPipeline, ConsolePipeline, BootStageInterface, WebStageInterface and ConsoleStageInterface, and their tests. PipelineTest covers all their cases.

Why

The three pipelines were copies of the same class, differing only in their stage interface and context type. One generic pipeline removes the duplication, and runtin be added in one place.

Breaking changes

• BootPipeline and in 3.0.0) are removed.Build anew Pipeline([...]), and implement StageInterfacewith@implements StageInterface` in a boot stage. Only code that builds its own boot pipeline or writes its own boot stage is affected. The web and console pipelines and interfaces were added in 3.1.0.

How behavior was proven unchanged

• A side-by-side run omaster: the consolecommands in 8 project states, the baseline console outputs, core:keyandcore:env, a broken framework helper, and 15 web requests compared in full (pages, API, 404s, OPTIONS, view-cache miss and hit) are identical. The only difference is the prints in debug modefor an unknown or missing command, which now names Pipelineinstead ofConsolePipeline`.
• PHPStan, at level 8 with no new ignores, reports each of these mistakes: web stages run with a console context, web and console stages in one pipeline, a boot stage in a web pipeline, web stages run with a plain AppContext, a stage without its @implements line, and a stage whose @implements contradicts its @param.
• The stage, adapter and console tests are unchanged, apart from two setup lines in ConsoleAppAdapterTest (new BootPipeline to new Pipeline). New tests were written first and shown failing, and mutation checks on the new code were each caught.

Validation

• Full vendor/bin/phpunit: 1698 tests, 4112 assertions, 28 errors
  (Redis/Memcached connester`), 4 skipped(optional Twig not installed)
• composer cs:check and composer phpstan passed

Notes for reviewers

• BEFORE/AFTER stay optional class constants on the stages. Declaring them on StageInterface is not possible on PHP 8.0, which does not let a class override an interface constant.
