A few changes dedicated to bring the solve time down:

Transfer from implicit 4x4 load transfer formulation to 2x2 closed form
Build the ocp from one SX stage function mapped over all the nodes. Together with previous change, brought the building and deriving of the derivatives from 78s to 1s
Remove rescaling from MUMPS, and use QAMP ordering
Set OpenBLAS to one thread
