Re-run of the four-worker campaign (boundary, differential, shape, template probes; seeds 7023 and 48611) at the exact head dfdf4aa, which is recorded as head and tested_head along with a rev-parse of each production tree. Report 20261007-2 recorded d47d35e; 29 commits have landed since. Cases: 3562 run, 3297 passed, 265 failed (seed 7023: 2368/2216, seed 48611: 1194/1081). Concurrent render --append family 20/20 trials, no torn, lost or duplicate records. R5 parity: 90 of 180 itemised. FUZZ regression tests at HEAD: 17 + 8 Rust and 32 Python pass, none ignored. Fixed at HEAD: FUZZ-014, 016, 018, 019, 020, 038, 039, 042, 043. Partially fixed (remaining half still reproduces): FUZZ-012 (relative rendered_formula), 013 (validate/preview-pour/pour names), 015 (350+ step attach with real bd), 017 (1e400), 021 (no refused receipt), 040 (RLO/ZWSP raw), 041 (bead:<P> <-> bead:<X>). New confirmed bugs, coordinator-reproduced, not fixed: FUZZ-049 render request fallback accepts duplicate keys (1266f41), FUZZ-050 attach writes beads then reports RENDER_FAILED, FUZZ-051 render --append writes multi-line records (ebe5e56), FUZZ-052 invalid id masks exit-3 request errors, FUZZ-053 human output prints bd stderr on succeeded stages (65c98d1), FUZZ-054 recovery quoting emits \u{..} that no shell decodes (1f37cde), FUZZ-055 receipts name a deleted .sc-compose-input snapshot. FUZZ-056 (bd 500-char title limit) is a new intentional boundary. Validation: html-validate 11.16.2 exit 0 on the report and four panels, xmllint well-formed on the four panels, negative control exit 1; index.html keeps its pre-existing lowercase-doctype error. codespell clean. Preserve literal evidence identifiers afile and caf from run4 worker envelopes in the existing codespell ignore list. Record tested head 66a560f, 3658 cases and 84 failures without rerunning campaign probes. Preserve full worker envelopes, historical findings, fixed-above attribution and exact append reconciliation. Workspace tests (1092), strict clippy, fmt, just test, HTML/XML validation and consumer lint pass. Actual full just lint remains failed because the released profile references absent sc-lint-boundary; no full-lint pass is claimed.
