Read-only mode now renders/publishes its bundled view correctly, treats route patterns literally apart from documented wildcards, resolves named/API routes before dispatch, and handles IPv6 and invalid CIDR masks safely. Enable/disable commands atomically persist changes with original file permissions, clear stale caches, and return failure without success events when persistence fails.
Adds compatible Laravel 13 / PHP 8.5 coverage, current verified Actions and PHPUnit security minima, regression tests, and embedded website docs/changelog updates. Only Laravel 11 CI compatibility installations allowlist four verified unpatched framework advisories; production security policy remains intact.
Validation: 86 tests / 184 assertions pass across 11 PHP/Laravel combinations. Current Laravel 12/13 audits are clean. Composer strict validation, actionlint, diff checks, and independent command/security review pass. Laravel 11/PHP 8.5 still emits two upstream Testbench deprecations. All 13 hosted checks pass on the published branch.
