re-devup to upstreamdevat8a9979fa: deeplethe#1336, the empty-ontology branch of phrase alignment now queues the ontology agent. The merge had no conflicts, and the schema version stays 109 (109 migration files). CI will check the overlap with ourphrase_alignment.rschanges.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
