Since #32 the fork follows upstream's per-source {"names": "identity"} (0071, deeplethe#1333) instead of skipping recall for every pushed name. Every statements source on this deployment is a Lore mirror whose names are unique ids, so fork migration 9007 adds the key to each statements source that has no names key yet. Sources someone set by hand and other kinds are left alone, and a second run changes nothing. CURRENT_SCHEMA_VERSION is now 113.

Checked on a migrated database with three sources: the mirror got {"names": "identity", "extract": false}, a source with {"names": "prose"} and an api source were untouched, and running the migrations again changed nothing. cargo test -p utopia-cli passes. Sources created later need the key from whoever creates them, and vectors already stored stay until deeplethe#1390 lands upstream.

…ies, so the mirrors keep exact-name resolution under upstream's per-source flag
