This only updates the root install tree, but I checked .github/build/build.sh/Dockerfile and backend builds install dependencies separately with npm ci --prefix redisinsight/api; redisinsight/api/package-lock.json still resolves node_modules/fast-uri to 3.1.4 via ajv, so the advisory this bump is meant to clear remains in the API dependency tree after this PR lands. Please run the same update in redisinsight/api and commit that lockfile as well.
