The release workflow generated all four SPDX SBOMs, but Anchore named artifact files without the .spdx.json extension, so the GitHub release upload glob matched nothing. Normalize the downloaded filenames and require four non-empty files before publication. Remove the ignored download failure so incomplete assets block release.
Validation: reproduced filename mismatch from release run 37919775644; parsed all four SPDX JSON artifacts and uploaded them explicitly to v0.6.0. PR/main security checks remain required.
