If .NET Framework 4.8 is missing, Windows will usually offer to install it. It is also available directly from Microsoft.
Create QR codes from these data types:
- Plain text
- URL
- Phone number and SMS
- Business card (vCard)
- WLAN access data
- Google Maps location
- PayPal payment button
- App download link
Then make them yours:
- Free choice of foreground, background and frame colours
- Place a logo or photo in the centre, with automatic error-correction adjustment
- Fill the modules with patterns, images or gradients
- Shadows, effects and decorative frames
- Background and foreground images
- Edit individual modules by hand — draw, fill, erase or toggle single pixels
- Export as PNG at any size
The user interface is available in German, English, Dutch, Italian and Japanese.
Whether a QR code can be scanned depends on the reader, the camera, lighting, print quality, size, contrast and — importantly — on how heavily you have customised it. Heavy styling reduces the margin for error.
Always test every code with several devices before you print, publish or reproduce it, especially for commercial, advertising or safety-related use, and above all before a large print run.
The installer carries a digital signature from Hot-World GmbH & Co. KG. When Windows asks for permission to install it, that publisher name will appear in the dialog.
If you see a different name, or no name at all, the file has been altered or did not come from here — do not run it.
This project is discontinued and archived. Version 1.0.5 is the last one there will be.

- No source code is published — this repository distributes the compiled program only
The software works entirely offline. It contains no licence activation and contacts no server to keep running.
QR Customizer Pro is proprietary freeware. It is free of charge, but it is not open source and it is not public domain.

- Install it on as many of your computers as you like, free of charge
- Pass it on free of charge, as long as you pass it on complete and unchanged
- The QR codes you create are yours — use them privately or commercially, print and publish them without restriction

- You are responsible for holding the rights to any logo or image you place inside a code
- Provided as-is, with no warranty that it fits your purpose

Unterstützte Datentypen: Text, URL, Telefon und SMS, E-Mail, Visitenkarte (vCard), WLAN-Zugangsdaten, Google-Maps-Standort, PayPal-Zahlungsbutton und App-Download-Link.
Zur Gestaltung stehen freie Farbwahl für Vorder-, Hintergrund und Rahmen zur Verfügung, dazu Logo oder Foto in der Mitte mit automatischer Anpassung der Fehlerkorrektur, Muster und Bilder in den Modulen, Schatten, Effekte, Zierrahmen sowie Hintergrund- und Vordergrundbilder. Einzelne Module lassen sich von Hand zeichnen, füllen, löschen oder umschalten. Der Export erfolgt als PNG in beliebiger Größe.
Die Oberfläche gibt es auf Deutsch, Englisch, Niederländisch, Italienisch und Japanisch.
Ob ein QR-Code gelesen werden kann, hängt vom Lesegerät, der Kamera, dem Licht, der Druckqualität, der Größe, dem Kontrast und nicht zuletzt vom Grad der Gestaltung ab. Je stärker ein Code gestaltet ist, desto kleiner wird der Spielraum.
Prüfen Sie jeden Code mit mehreren Geräten, bevor Sie ihn drucken, veröffentlichen oder vervielfältigen — insbesondere bei gewerblicher, werblicher oder sicherheitsrelevanter Verwendung und vor jeder größeren Auflage.
Das Installationsprogramm ist digital signiert von der Hot-World GmbH & Co. KG. Beim Start fragt Windows nach der Erlaubnis zur Installation und nennt in diesem Dialog genau diesen Herausgeber.
Erscheint dort ein anderer oder gar kein Name, wurde die Datei verändert oder stammt nicht von hier — dann bitte nicht ausführen.
Das Projekt ist eingestellt und archiviert. Version 1.0.5 ist die letzte Fassung.
