Upcoming event points not being plot on top of upcoming ones

Despite upcoming events existing:

The past events are being plotted over the upcoming events

Hey @twinkarma , any ideas what the best way to do this would be? I thought I had sorted this with the following javascript sorting function:

Perhaps it's not doing what I think it's doing? Do you have any suggestions?
