Dependabot's first pass opened six pull requests in four minutes, and each one asked for two macOS runners and four ninety-minute mutant jobs. It queued behind a release that needed those same machines. Neither measure moves when a dependency version does: coverage of the Mac crate and the quality of the tests are properties of the code, not of the lockfile. Sonar already skipped the bot, so it follows coverage-mac out without any change to what it needs.
…amed Tags in a secondary locale are indexed and searched literally, so an accent is a word somebody typing on a terminal will not find; the sibling package avoids them for the same reason. The Spanish locale was also the only one of the four missing CopyrightUrl. And the manifest declared GPL-3.0-only with no pointer to the terms the commercial build carries, which is the one thing a reader cannot guess from the licence name alone.
